NOTE

  • Please kindly check that your 72V battery is capable of being charged at a fast rate of 3A or 5A before purchasing this charger (or your battery may get hot, cause damage to the battery or, at worst case, may cause a fire). It will depend on your battery quality and size. Typically, a 72V 12.5ah or larger amp-hour (Ah) rated battery can be charged at 3A and a 20Ah or larger amp-hour (Ah) battery can be charged at 5A but we recommend to check with your original battery supplier beforehand.
  • The nominal voltage of a 72V lithium-ion battery is 72V however it will charge to 84V when full.
  • Not intended for use with e-bikes, e-scooters or other e-mobility devices in New South Wales.
