For most orders placed through Electric Pedal Power, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days Australia-wide. Orders shipped to New Zealand generally arrive within 5-10 business days. At this stage, Electric Pedal Power only ships to Australia and New Zealand.
Weekend Orders
If you place an order over the weekend or late on a Friday, please keep in mind that Australia Post and courier services generally do not process shipments over the weekend. Orders are typically dispatched on the next business day, which is usually Monday morning, as Electric Pedal Power is currently closed on weekends.
Express Shipping Options
Several items on electricpedalpower.com.au are available with Express Shipping, which typically reduces delivery times to approximately 2-3 business days Australia-wide. Where available, Express Shipping can usually be selected from the shipping options within the product listing.
If you would like an item Express Shipped but do not see the option available on the website, please contact sales@electricpedalpower.com.au. In many cases, Electric Pedal Power can arrange Express Shipping for an extra fee and for small items across Australia inclusive of Electric Bike Conversion Kits and most Parts.
Some Items May Take Longer
While most products are shipped within the standard delivery timeframes, some items may take longer to arrive. As a growing business, Electric Pedal Power does not stock every product listed on the website at all times.
Certain electric bikes, conversion kits (e.g. 26" wheel sizes), motors, batteries, and specialty parts may occasionally be temporarily out of stock or Electric Pedal Power may need to procure/order direct from suppliers. These items can take up to 2 weeks to arrive, and in rare cases 6-7 weeks.
Where longer lead times apply, this is generally stated at the top of the product description or the item may be temporarily unavailable for purchase. One example is some 26-inch 1000W to 2000W rear hub motor e-bike conversion kits, which can occasionally require additional delivery time.
